After collecting a toll for almost 60 years, the Wabash Memorial Bridge will toll no more. Today is the first day drivers passed over the bridge free of charge.

The Indiana Department of Transportation says the bridge did not receive enough traffic to warrant a toll.

INDOT will refund any unused prepaid tolls. Any delinquent tolls will be collected if not paid today.
