An Evansville hit and run victim makes a desperate plea, asking for information on the person who hit him.

Thomas Reynolds was biking to work last week near Morgan Ave. and Theater Dr., when he was hit by a car. Reynolds says that person drove off, leaving him injured alongside the road.

Fortunately, he says a good samaritan witnessed the incident and stopped to help him. Reynolds tells us he suffered a concussion and is thankful he's still alive.

Tonight, he's asking anyone with information on the incident to come forward.

"I'm coming after civil lawsuits," said Reynolds. "I'm backed up on medical bills right now, three days off work. I mean it's hurting me financially. I want the individual held accountable, and I'm asking for the maximum. No if, ands, or buts. I got lucky and blessed. That next person may not get that lucky."

Reynolds says the person who hit him was driving a silver four door Saturn. Anyone with information on this case is asked to call EPD at (812) 436-7896 or the anonymous WeTip Hotline at 1-800-78-CRIME.
