Nearly 19 years after she was abducted from Newburgh Beach, Kentucky State Police are still looking for any evidence related to Heather Teague's disappearance.

Troopers recently followed up on two possible leads. One of them took them inside a 20 foot underground water cistern. Investigators say they also drained several retention ponds off John Steele Rd. but did not find any evidence in either location.

Authorities say a witness watched a man drag Heather off the beach of the Ohio River on August 26, 1995. The only person to be named as a suspect, a man named Marty Dill, killed himself when police went to his home to talk to him. The Dill property was later searched. Still no sign of Heather.

Investigators hope the anniversary of her disappearance will generate more leads in the case especially on social media.
