22-year-old Dylan Johnson is being held without bond. Huntingburg police say they received a report from a local woman last month of alleged incident back in September of 2013 concerning the woman's daughter.
Huntingburg police and the Dubois County Department of Child and Family Services launched a joint investigation that led to Johnson's arrest late Wednesday morning.
The charge against Johnson is a Class B felony in Indiana. If found guilty, he could get between six and 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000.
