The booking photo of a Henderson man accused of being a serial flasher has been released by authorities in Vanderburgh County.

27-year-old William Bullock was arrested this week for allegedly exposing himself to a woman walking down the road in Evansville. He was supposed to be in court today to face public nudity charges in an unrelated case.

Evansville Police had withheld his picture up until now to avoid jeopardizing photo lineups in other pending investigations.

Eyewitness News has obtained the 911 call made by the victim Tuesday morning who told dispatchers Bullock not only exposed himself to her, but followed her all the way home.

Dispatch: Evansville 911.
Caller: Hi, I was just on my way home. I was walking and some guy kept pulling his __ out and trying to get me in his car.
Dispatch: Did you get the plate number on his vehicle?
Caller: No, but I know he has a silver car, kind of a sporty car.
Dispatch: How long ago did you see him?
Caller: It was like 2 minutes ago.
Dispatch: 2 minutes ago?
Caller: Yeah, he followed me all the way home.

Bullock is being held on an $8,000 bond in Vanderburgh County Jail.
