Federal prosecutors are going to seek the death penalty against Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.  He's accused of setting the bombs last Spring along with his brother.

Three people were killed and dozens of others injured. Police shot and killed the older brother, Tamerlan, days later. Dzhokhar was hurt and spent weeks recovering in a hospital.

Prosecutors still could reach an agreement with his attorneys, who include death penalty lawyer Judy Clarke, to plead guilty and receive life in prison or another sentence.
