Brand new images released by the Chinese government today could shed some light on the disappearance of Malaysia Airlines Flight 370.

The government has released satellite images of what it called "a suspected crash area at sea." The images show three floating objects, ranging in size from 43 by 59 feet to 79 by 69 feet.

They were captured on March 9, the day after the plane went missing.
