Scooter Bill Passes Indiana House

- The bill that would put more regulations on scooter owners moves along once again. The House passed the bill 81-14. The legislation now moves to the Senate for a vote.

The proposal would require owners to register their vehicle with the BMV. they would also have to pass an exam, have a license plate, and no longer carry passengers.
