Financial terms are revealed in the sale of a long time Evansville-based radio group.

A filing with the FCC shows South Central Communications sold the family-owned company to Midwest Communications for $72 million.

South Central announced last week it reached an agreement with the company in Wausau, Wisconsin.

Stations include WIKY, WABX, and WSTO. The sale also includes South Central's radio stations in Tennessee.
