Stolen Vehicle Dumped into Ohio River

The Vanderburgh County Sheriff's Office arrests two people in connection to a stolen vehicle report.

Investigators tell us that residents along Old Henderson road called 9-1-1 Saturday afternoon after hearing loud noises coming from Dog Town Boat Ramp.

When deputies arrived, they spotted a car speeding away from the area; then pulled the vehicle over.

Investigators found another vehicle partially submerged in the Ohio river.

Kevin Frazier and Patrick West were arrested once deputies learned the submerged vehicle was reported stolen.
