Supreme Court Orders Restitution for Child Porn Possession

Another decision from the Supreme Court says those who download child pornography should have to pay restitution to the victims.

Exactly how much money would be up to the lower courts.

The case involved a woman abused by her uncle as a child. He had video-taped the acts. Many of those videos still circulate online.
At issue, was how much should a convicted predator have to pay for possessing the images.

The court ruled that decision should be up to lower courts and threw out a $3.4 million judgment in the case.
