Tom Davis Enters Alford Plea for Impersonating Police Officer

- Former Henderson mayor and current City Commissioner Tom Davis enters an Alford plea to end his legal troubles today.

Davis pleaded not guilty in September to impersonating a police officer, which is a felony. He allegedly asked two men to show him their ID's,

But today, Davis entered an Alford plea to two misdemeanor harassment charges. That means he doesn't admit he's guilty, but if his case went to trial, he admits there's enough evidence to convict him.

Davis will not spend any time in prison but will be on probation for two years and must pay a $500 fine. No word if this affects his job as city commissioner.
