EVSC teachers will be getting a first look at the tentative contract agreement on Wednesday.
The agreement between EVSC and the Evansville Teachers Association was reached earlier this month.
It includes a salary increase for the current school year and increases to base salary for qualified teachers.
Other terms of the agreement aren't being released until all teachers have had a chance to go over the contract.
The 1st meeting will be Wednesday night from 4:00-6:00pm at Central High School.
There will be another meeting tomorrow at Harrison at the same time.
Both sides hope to have the agreement finalized by fall.
Meanwhile, members of the Teamsters Local 215 continue to march outside EVSC headquarters.
They've been picketing since their contract expired in July.
Union secretaries and bus drivers are expected to vote this week on whether to continue representation with the local union.
EVSC Superintendent Dr. David Smith says many union workers want to negotiate contracts individually.
Dr. David Smith said, "We've had a significant percentage of secretaries and bus drivers that have come forward and said we don't want to be apart of the union anymore."
But , Teamsters President Chuck Whobrey says the EVSC is union busting.
Chuck Whobrey told us, "this is the exact model that in Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker used in his union busting efforts."
The EVSC is asking it's union custodians, special education assistants and bus aides to vote on the same contract they overwhelmingly turned down in June.
The votes will be tallied Thursday night.
