Obama: US could Take Targeted Military Action in Iraq

President Obama says the US could take targeted military action in Iraq. Thursday, he added that he might send up to 300 military advisers to Iraq to "assess how we can best train, advise and support Iraqi security forces," and that several of these assets are already in place. He stated, “we will be prepared to take targeted and precise military action if and when we determine that the situation on the ground requires it.”  The President added that "American forces will not be returning to combat."
