One man is facing drug charges after police find an unresponsive man in a Tristate home.

The Posey County Sheriff's Department and the Posey County Coroner are investigating the death of a Poseyville man at a Wadesville home.

Posey County Dispatch received a call for a medical emergency at a home on Princeton Street on June 22, around 4:30 a.m.

EMS responded along with Wadesville Fire Department.

First responders found 26 year-old Brandon Duncan unresponsive and not breathing. Crews could not resuscitate Duncan. The Coroner's Office pronounced Duncan dead at the scene.

During the investigation deputies say they found meth and marijuana.

According to the Sheriff's Office, 32 year-old Lonnie Eagleson II was living in the home. Deputies arrested Eagleson and took him to the Posey County Jail.

Eagleson was charged with dealing meth and possession of marijuana, but is not facing charges related to Duncan's death.
