The first of April is deemed as an unofficial holiday to pull off pranks and jokes.

A Posey County newspaper got in on the action by publishing that there's no news to report.
The front page of the Posey County News is mostly blank. The headline read "Stop the presses: no news this week."

The owner, Dave Pearce says he's been planning the prank for some time.
Of course, Pearce didn't want to leave his readers hanging. The paper started technically on page two.
