Indiana State Police make two arrests in an armed robbery at a Spencer County liquor store earlier this month. It happened February 5, at North Side Liquors in Chrisney.

After an investigation, detectives determined 18-year-old Alec M. Meredith of Rockport was the gunman who stole an undisclosed amount of cash. Investigators also learned 19-year-old Justin Meserve of Rockport was the driver in the vehicle that picked up Meredith.

ISP arrested Meredith at his home in Rockport Wednesday and arrested Meserve in Indianapolis later in the evening. Both have been charged with armed robbery and are lodged at the Spencer County Security Center.

ISP also learned the two suspects robbed a convenience store in Masonville, Kentucky on February 10. Troopers are looking for a third person wanted in that robbery, 28-year-old Keith Philhower.

Anyone with information on the location of Philhower is asked to contact the Indiana State Police Jasper Post at 800-742-7475 or 812-482-1441, or the Daviess County, Kentucky Sheriff's Department at 270-685-8444.
