Union Co. High School Increasing Security Amid Rumored Threat

- Security will be tight at Union County High School tomorrow. Each student will be checked with a metal detector, and their bags inspected.

This follows rumors about a shooting threat. The school district's Facebook Page says there was never a threat.

Rumors stem from grafitti found at Union County High School that had inappropriate comments. A female student admitted to writing it.

As a precaution, extra sheriff's deputies will be on hand, and all doors but the main entrance will be locked. A police dog will also sweep the building before school starts.
