More than two dozen unmarked graves are removed from the site of a future pedestrian overpass.

The City Engineer's Office says the remains are now in the hands of archeologists who will analyze them.

The more than century old remains were found last year near the Lloyd Expressway and Vann Ave. Historians say they belong to state hospital patients.

City Engineer Pat Keepes says they hope to have the remains at Oak Hill Cemetery by June.
