UPDATE: 2 More People Charged With Murder in Double Dukes Death

Eyewitness News has learned that Justin Kiper, one of the 3 men charged with Wanton Murder, is now in jail.

Attached is Kiper's booking photo from the Henderson County Detention Center.

Henderson, KY.- Two more people are now charged in connection with the death of a Tristate man at Double Dukes Saloon.

Benjamin Perry and Justin Kiper, both security guards, now face wanton murder and complicity to wanton murder charges according to the Henderson Police Department.

Another security guard Robert Brantley who was previous charged with murder was also indicted on charges of wanton murder and complicity to wanton murder by Henderson County Grand Jury.

The incident happened March 1st, 2014 at Double Dukes... Which is on the Highway 41 strip in Henderson.

Police say Adam Hogan of Union County refused to leave and security guards approached him. Police said Hogan was beaten to death.

Benjamin Perry and Justin Kiper, 25, are being held in the Henderson County Jail on a $50,000 cash bond.

Brantley is out on $50,000 bond.
