A state mandated program to help keep people warm during the winter is set to come to an end.
Vectren's Winter Moratorium, which prevents the company from cutting service to customers during the winter, will end on March 17th.
This applies to customers who meet low-income guidelines, and have received federal and state utility heating assistance.
Customers who have received a disconnect notice or need bill payment assistance are urged to contact Vectren.
