Winter weather has the kids out of school again.

EVSC was closed today, which is a day that was meant to be a snow make up day. As we reported  last  week, the school board decided to make up days by adding an extra hour for six days.Their plan included today as the final extended day, but it will now be pushed back to tomorrow.

A decision has yet to be made on how the school will make up today's canceled classes.

Warrick County Schools also closed today, officials say it will be a 50-50 chance they might be closed tomorrow.
The school corporation is the fourth largest in the state in terms of square mileage. Today's closure also has school officials scrambling to make up yet another day. It will be added onto the end of the year, the Tuesday after memorial day.

Today was also the first day of the window schools are supposed to administer the ISTEP test, but the corporation has a two week window for testing.

Schneider says the snow days have also forced officials to re-shuffle graduation for Boonville, Castle and Tecumseh High Schools.

Castle's graduation will be on Friday, May 23rd. Boonville and Tecumseh's graudations will be on Saturday, May 24th.
