A year long investigation leads to the arrest of the largest meth supplier in Hopkins County.

An estimated one million dollars worth of meth is taken off the streets. The Madisonville Police Department with the help of several state and federal agencies arrested Eric Melton.

Police say during a one year period Melton was responsible for selling a minimum of 30 pounds of meth.

That carries an estimated street value of $1.3 million. Melton now faces federal charges and police say more arrests are possible.
