HTF Hoops preview: Henderson Co.

The Henderson County Colonels have a whole new look this season.

Three starters from last year's team transferred from the program, including last season's leading scorer Taye Calloway.

However, the Colonels still have plenty of talent on their roster.

"Even after losing those three guys, I feel like we can still do what we've always wanted to do and win the regional championship," said senior Jadal Fletcher.

The Colonels only feature four seniors, but DaDa Simpson, Isaac Anglin, Cartel Gilbert and Fletcher are all contributing on the court.

"I feel like our senior class is tha anchor for this group," said Colonels' head coach Tyler Smithhart.

"They have a lot of experience, it's just new roles for those guys."

Henderson County is off to a 1-2 start this season, and they'll be back in action on Friday when they host Evansville Day School.
