Memorial Rolls Past Daviess County in Border Bowl

Memorial and Daviess County matched up in Rash Stadium for the first game of Saturday's Border Bowl doubleheader, and the Tigers had no trouble with the Panthers, rolling to a 58-33 win. 

Memorial's Branson Combs won the game's MVP after a fantastic performance with 185 yards and three touchdowns, while Michael Lindauer went 18 for 22 for 299 yards and four touchdowns.

Daviess County played without five starters on Saturday due to suspension. 

Daviess County moves to 1-1 on the season, while Memorial starts the season 2-0. Memorial will host North on Friday, and Daviess County will be on the road at John Hardin.
