Purple Aces Host College ID Soccer Camp

Each year, the UE soccer team hosts a camp for high school students to learn from the Aces players and meet the team. This weekend, sixty students participated in the 2-day College ID Camp at Arad McCutchan Stadium.

The student athletes had a chance to show off their skills to the UE staff, as well as ask questions and get practice playing with other high-level athletes.

This year, local soccer players weren't the only ones attending the camp, as a handful of students from across the country were also on hand.

The athletes practiced their skills through drills and scrimmages throughout the weekend to get a taste of what being a college soccer player is like. They also had a chance to visit the University of Evansville's campus and get to know the current Purple Aces players.
