2 Year Old Killed In Traffic Accident

A 2-year-old boy is dead following a traffic accident in Daviess County, Indiana.
A 2-year-old boy is dead following a morning accident in Daviess County, Indiana.
The incident occurred at the intersection of highways 50 and 257 south of Washington.  Deputies say Patrick Kinergy of Aurora, Missouri, failed to stop at a stop light and drove his semi into the path of another car.  One of the passengers in that car was 2-year-old Noah Briggeman.  He later died at a Bloomington hospital.  Three other people in the car were treated for other injuries.  Kinergy was cited for failure to yield right of way.
