A Henderson man who pleaded guilty to seven bank robberies is sentenced today. James Morris previously pleaded guilty to holding up six western Kentucky banks, including one of those banks twice.
A judge handed him a 97 month prison term. That's just over eight years. Morris also has to repay the nearly $65,000 he stole from the banks.
The hold ups spanned three years, stretching from Poole to Henderson to Owensboro.
