Burglary Suspect Captured

Jeramie W. Lowe of Evansville has been located and arrested at an area motel. On January 22nd, the Vanderburgh County Sheriff's office investigated a burglary that took place in the Northwestern area of the county. During the course of that investigation, James R. Lowe was arrested for burglary and his brother, Jeramie W. Lowe, avoided an arrest by fleeing from a traffic stop.   
Today, the Vanderburgh County Sheriff's office in conjunction with the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, using information received from the public, located and arrested Lowe at an area motel. Lowe was taken into custody without further incident and booked into the Vanderburgh County Detention Center on a $10,000 bond.
