Camm posted an emotional letter on Facebook last night, thanking his supporters and also offering a glimpse into his transition back into the world.
In part it reads: "Yesterday morning, I decided to begin my day early as I didn't want to miss a single moment through excessive sleep. I found myself sitting on a nice comfortable couch drinking coffee as I sat watching a 60-inch flat screen TV. In my hand I was holding a new iPhone and I was listening to music I had downloaded from iTunes. "
It goes on to say: "Yes this is real, you are doing all these things that you never thought you'd do in your lifetime."
The message was posted by his uncle's profile on the "Free David Camm" Facebook page but states it was written by Camm. He says he's not yet ready to discuss the loss of his wife and two children.
