A third murder trial and now the fate of David Camm is in the hands of a jury in Boone County. Prosecutors spent nearly two hours this morning outlining the case against Camm.
Camm's wife and two children were killed in Georgetown, Indiana 13 years ago. He was convicted twice, but both convictions were overturned on appeal. Camm maintains he was playing basketball at the time of the murders.
The jury deliberated for about an hour this afternoon before breaking for the evening. Deliberations continue tomorrow morning.
