CMOE held a dance party, a magic show, had bubble wrap, and even dropped the ball.
Parents say this is great for little ones to celebrate the new year, since they most likely won't stay up until midnight.
"I thought CMOE has something of a surprise for the kids," said Anelize Johnson. "Every time, there's something new they can offer, and we haven't been here for a few months. So, we thought this would be the best ending of the year."
This is the seventh year CMOE has celebrated "Happy Noon Year."
