Fulks and Brandon Basham were sentenced to death for kidnapping and killing a South Carolina woman in 2002.

The men escaped from the Hopkins County Jail and went on a two week crime spree through Kentucky, West Virginia and South Carolina.

A lethal injection date for the men has yet to be scheduled.
