Dozens of problems with workplace safety at an Indiana military base. Crane Army Ammunition Activity is facing 36 safety violations stemming from a March explosion that seriously injured five people.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration says almost all of those violations are considered serious. And if they're not fixed, there is a "substantial probability they could cause death or serious physical harm."
Crane's spokesman says improvements to working conditions are being made.
