Crews Battling Major Structure Fire in Vanderburgh Co.

Crews are on scene of a three alarm structure fire at the 4500 block of Jennings Lane in Vanderburgh County.
UPDATE (4:20 P.M.): Fire officials tell Eyewitness News a 93-year-old woman was the only person living in the home. They say she got out unharmed and is staying with her son.

Her daughter tells us the fire may have started from the fire place in the bedroom.

Crews are on scene of a three alarm structure fire at the 4500 block of Jennings Lane in Vanderburgh County. That's just south of Highway 66 and northwest of Resurrection Catholic Church.

You can see a wall of smoke covering a building in this picture. Fire officials were called to the scene around 2 p.m. and say the building was fully engulfed in smoke and flames when they arrived. No word on any possible injuries.
