The redevelopment commission approved several resolutions that will get the ball rolling.

15.5 million dollars was approved to start buying buildings downtown.

The campus will cover about six city blocks in the area of 4th St., 6th St. & Cherry and Locust streets.

Businesses like D-Patrick and Town Square Media are amongst the businesses that will have to relocate.

Indiana's General Assembly still has to give the final approval for the medical school project. before construction can begin.

Officials are hoping the campus will be ready by 2017.
