Arrest Made in Last Weekend's Double Shooting

A man wanted by Evansville police for his alleged involvement in a southeast side shooting is now in jail.
A man wanted by Evansville police for his alleged involvement in a southeast side shooting is now in jail.

According to the Vanderburgh County Sheriff's Office website, 32-year-old Terrence Lewis was booked into jail Friday evening. He's being held without bond.

Lewis faces a long list of charges - including attempted murder.

Investigators believe he shot Finas Wilder and Charles Chaplin on Jeanette Avenue last Saturday. Both men were shot in the leg and are expected to be OK.
