“Blackout” Drink Settlement Reached

Attorneys General from Indiana, Kentucky, and Illinois are part of a group that has now agreed to a settlement with the company behind the drink often referred to as 'Blackout in a Can'.

You may remember the controversy surrounding 'Four Loko' a few years ago. The drink had the equivalent of about four beers in one can, and about two cups of coffee worth of caffeine.

As part of the agreement, the company "Phusion" will no longer manufacture caffeinated alcohol drinks marketed to underage customers or promote binge drinking.
