Dzhokhar Tsarnaev's defense team asked a U.S. District Court for the trial to be scheduled no sooner than September 2015. No trial date has been set so far.

Tsarnaev pleaded not guilty to 30 federal charges from the April terror attack that left three dead and dozens of people hurt. Federal prosecutors announced last month they will seek the death penalty.
