The trial for Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is scheduled to start November 3. A federal judge set the date this morning.
Tsarnaev's lawyers requested the trial not start until September of next year to give them extra time to review the physical evidence, but the judge believed they would have enough time.
Tsarnaev is charged with 30 federal counts for last year's bombing, which left three people dead and more than 250 others injured.
