The verdict is in on the Evansville man accused of killing a disabled man.
Jurors find Bryce Klueh not guilty.

He struck and killed 67 year-old Stephen Ellison as Ellison was driving a motorized wheelchair down Vann Avenue in 2012.
Klueh had been charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, and possession of marijuana.
   
Police say prior to the accident several drivers called complaining about Ellison being in the street because he was difficult to see.
