Krystal Ray and Robert Moore, Junior are facing meth and neglect charges after an anonymous call led police to their home on West Maryland Street.

Officers say they smelled a strong chemical odor coming from an open attic window, and after searching the home, they say they found meth making materials.

Ray and Moore are being held in the Vanderburgh County Jail.
