31 year-old Christopher Compton was in court today asking for a new trial location and for several of the charges against him to be dropped.
He faces three counts of murder and ten counts of arson.

Police say Compton started the fire at 29 West Franklin Street on March 17.
3 year-old Jazmine Jones her mother Keri and 76 year-old Donald Lankford all died that day.

Compton will go back before a judge to plead his case for the venue change and for the dropped charges on May 2nd.
