City Wants Your Feedback for Parks Master Plan

The City of Evansville is looking for your help for the future of city parks.

The City of Evansville is looking for your help for the future of city parks.

City leaders are developing the new Master Plan for the Department of Parks and Recreation. The city has created a survey for public input on future plans.

Executive Director Denise Johnson says consultants developing the Master Plan will be at National Night Out on August 5 from 6 to 9 p.m. and the Mayor's Traveling City Hall at Good Shepherd Catholic Church on September 24 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. These meetings are open to the public.

The plan proposal will be submitted for approval in January 2015.
