Antonio Handley is charged with stabbing Darryl Foster to death last week. Today, he was appointed a public defender. No bond was set.

When the judge announced Handley could face up to 65 years in prison, one of his friends or relatives stormed out of the room and could be heard screaming down the hallway.

Another supporter also shouted while the prosecution was making its case that Handley is quote "mentally disturbed."

He'll be back in court July 7.
