R.A. "Cowboy" Jones still racing at Ellis Park after more than 50 year career.
R.A. "Cowboy" Jones ran his first race at Ellis Park in 1959, more than a decade into his illustrious career. The 71 year old jockey has raced horses at dozens of tracks around the country, but considers Ellis his home. Jones, who has broken more than 80 bones during the course of his career, is still riding and caring for horses more than 50 years later.
