A domestic dispute sends one man to the hospital and another to jail.

Police say 35 year-old Adam Hartzel rammed his truck into a truck parked with a man inside the bed.

This happened on the city's north side. Police say Donald Stahl was in the bed of the truck when Hartzel hit it, he was then thrown to the concrete floor of a garage and knocked unconscious.

Police say his injuries are not life-threatening.

Stahl was helping a woman recently in a relationship with Hartzel get her belongings.

Hartzel is charged with battery, criminal recklessness and invasion of privacy.
