The Henderson County Emergency Management Agency confirms a tornado touched down in the county.

Officials say the reported tornado touched down near the 4000 block of Pleasant Valley Road near Robards. The tornado appears to have caused some damage in the area. There were no watches or warnings in effect at the time the reported tornado touched down shortly before 5 'clock this evening.
