EPD Finds Marijuana and Psychadelic Mushrooms

Evansville Police Officers responding to narcotics complaints say they found a trash bag full of marijuana and more than five pounds of psychedelic mushrooms inside a home on Fares Avenue.

19 year-old Nicholas Martin is now facing drug dealing charges. Officers say he admitted that he sold marijuana to provide for his baby.

Investigators went to the home on the morning of February 24. They say Martin gave them consent to search his apartment.

Inside they found a garbage bag containing more than a half pound of marijuana and several mason jars full of the psychedelic mushrooms.
