A church group hoping to have an Easter gathering at a park on Fulton Ave. calls police to report two men who appeared to be drunk laying in the grass.

Officers say Louis Edlund was one of those men. They say he could barely stand and smelled like alcohol when they arrived.

The officer said Edlund was too drunk to take to jail. So, he was taken to Deaconess Hospital first, where officials say he had a blood alcohol level of .40, five times the legal limit.

He's facing a charge of public intoxication.
